    3. You’ll wear your first aligner for roughly two weeks, only removing it to eat, drink, brush and floss. After two weeks, you’ll switch to your next aligner and repeat the process. Adjusting your teeth little by little is the most comfortable approach to realignment. 
    4. We’ll see you in our office every six weeks to monitor your progress and make sure you’re on schedule. You can also track progress through Invisalign’s ClinCheck® app. 
    5. Continue to switch aligners every two weeks until you reach your end goal. Most treatment plans take between nine and 15 weeks and go through 18 to 30 molds. 
    6. Wearing a retainer after completing your Invisalign plan can ensure lasting results.
